In 2023, our founder visited a salon in Dubai Marina and watched the owner manually reply to dozens of WhatsApp booking requests between cuts — often missing them entirely. The solution seemed obvious: automate it, without changing the number customers already knew.
WaAI launched in early 2024 with one salon. Within six months, over 400 UAE businesses were running on it. Today, WaAI handles bookings, orders, FAQs and cancellations for 1,200+ businesses across the UAE — in Arabic, English, Urdu, Hindi, and 10+ other languages.
